Email is the fastest way to reach us. Pick the address that fits your question:

We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods it can take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

What to include

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 17.5).
  • The version of Buck you are using (shown in the app under Settings).
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.

We will never ask for your Apple Account password or your payment card details, and you should never send those to anyone.

Privacy requests

You can ask us at any time to access or delete any data connected to your use of Buck, including scanned images that may appear in our private operational logs. Write to privacy@getbuckapp.com and we will handle your request in line with our Privacy Policy. Your collection itself lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it.

Report content in the community feed

If you see something in Buck's community finds feed that breaks our Community Guidelines, tap Report on the item inside the app, or email report@getbuckapp.com. Include a screenshot if you can. We review and act on every report within 24 hours, removing the content and permanently blocking the person who posted it where that is warranted. You can also tap Block on any item to stop seeing that person's posts immediately.
